  • Client Requirement: The undulator assembly consists of periodic arrangement of magnetic poles and SmCo or NdFeB permanent magnets, creating a sinusoidal magnetic field distribution within the air gap. The client sought high saturation magnetization in the poles, along with stringent machining precision for the pole heads.
  • Our Solution: With years of experience in precision machining, heat treatment, and surface electroplating, NGYC offers high-precision pole products such as 1J22 and DT4C with high saturation magnetization, tailored to meet the client's specific requirements. Additionally, we provide comprehensive services including module assembly, main beam assembly, and testing for the undulator assembly. Our supplied pole products and assembled undulator main beam components have met the design specifications and received positive feedback after installation and commissioning.
